Returns Policy
We accept returns on eligible items within 7–14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
- ✔ Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- ✔ Packaging must be intact and resalable
- ✔ Proof of purchase is required
- ✔ Returns must be authorized before shipping back
Electrical components, special-order items, and clearance products may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Non-Returnable Items
- ✖ Installed or used parts
- ✖ Electrical components once opened
- ✖ Custom or VIN-specific special orders
- ✖ Items damaged due to incorrect installation
Wrong or Incorrect Parts
If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
To avoid incorrect orders, we strongly recommend using our VIN verification service before purchasing.
Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage varies depending on the product type and manufacturer. Genuine OEM parts and approved aftermarket components may include a limited manufacturer warranty.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a verified defective item.
Refunds
